CA Global Engineering and Construction is currently sourcing on behalf of their client for an Estimator – Johannesburg, South Africa
Overview
My client is extensively involved in the Bulk Materials Handling sector and they are currently looking for an Estimator that would be able to assist with their projects which are ongoing in South Africa. They provide solutions to the mining, power as well as industrial sectors in the region. Responsibilities:
- Experience in development of Detailed Design Cost Estimates.
- Able to develop work breakdown structures.
- Tender evaluation and preparation of Reports.
- Experience with cost estimation software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey information and ideas in a clear and unambiguous manner.
- Must be a good team player with the capacity to co-operate actively with colleagues to achieve corporate objectives
Requirements: Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant Degree or Engineering Qualification
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with CCS (Candy) or similar estimating system would be an advantage
- Knowledge of OOM / Pre-feasibility / Feasibility estimates

- Residential in Gauteng
