Mill Manager - Middle East

Our client is currently seeking a Mill Manager to superintend the plant process for their mining operations in West Asia.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the retrieval of metals and ensure the efficiency of processes and workforce
• Manage availability of equipment
• Supervision of Plant personnel
• Preventative mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Extensive contractor liaison
• Observe analytical and test results as well as metallurgical laboratory undertakings
• Ascertain cost-effectiveness; reporting with recommendations
• Supervise HSE programs

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• High computer literacy: MS applications
• Previous expat experience within the mining industry essential
• Abundant management/supervisory experience
