CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Oil and Gas Positions) has a client who is looking for a Supervisor with experience and knowledge of Chemical Cleaning. Must have experience in operational function, plant maintenance in Shut-downs in Oil & Gas, Refineries/Petrochemical & power generation Industries. This position will be based in Saudi Arabia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently prepare and execute Jobs.
- Responsible for job execution.
- Supervise execution of all Chemical Cleaning, pre-commissioning jobs such as line straightening and oil flushing, equipment condition & cleaning parameters.
- Monitor and reconcile consumption of all chemicals and consumables.
- Conduct toolbox meetings.
- Follow contract agreements.
- Write job logs.
- Follow customers QHSE regulations.
- Take responsibility of executing jobs within financial framework/ budget.
- Responsible for the correct usage of company equipment.
- Make decisions in case of non conformities of any kind, concerning the job execution.
- Elevate the crew to higher performance and knowledge level.
- Suggest improvements and carry them out if possible.
- Working in shifts on job execution sites/ physical work sometimes.
- Recognize hazards and anticipate.
- Report & carry out tasks as directed by the Project Leaders or Manager CCS.
- Writing method statements/procedures of chemical cleaning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Chemical Cleaning experience in operational function, plant maintenance in Shut-downs in Oil & Gas, Refineries/Petrochemical & power generation Industries.
- Proficient in English Language
