CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Oil and Gas Positions) has a client who is looking for a Team Leader with experience and knowledge in breathing apparatus work in reactors, confined space, tanks, vessels, columns and under ground pipelines for petrochemical and refinery projects. This position will be based in Saudi Arabia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with company Safety and Quality policies.
- Prepare and issue relevant documents related to breathing apparatus and inert entry works.
- Prepare and issue recommendations and reports for improvements in the field of breathing apparatus service and equipments.
- Demonstrate and promote activities related to expanding the breathing apparatus technology.
- Interview personnel applying for breathing apparatus training and advise their suitability for such jobs.
- Arrange in-house refresher training course every three months.
- Liaise with the Procurement department for maintenance of breathing apparatus Equipment.
- Coordinate with ORP & Project In-charge for project execution.
- Complete the appraisal of breathing apparatus personnel and identify their improvement requirements.
- Liaise with the inspection authority for the certification of breathing apparatus technicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in BA in Refinery and Petrochemical work at Supervisory level
- Computer Literate in all associated packages of Microsoft.
