CA Engineering: Oil and Gas (International Positions) have a client that is in need of a Lead Planning Engineer (Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical). The position will be based in Kuwait.
Overview:
To assist Senior / Lead Planning Engineers in the preparation and maintenance of schedules and associated documents, Prepare and maintain schedules for small projects
Requirements:
- Relevant Engineering Degree
- 12 years Post Gradation Experience minimum
- 10 years of which must be relevant to Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects experience
- Ability to use Primavera P3
- Self motivated and able to clearly communication with Client and contractors at all levels
- Good presentation skills and ability to provide training.
- Good written communication skills
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Senior/Lead Planning Engineers in the preparation of schedules.
- Input of schedule data to the computer
- Assist in the updating and maintenance of the project schedule.
- Input to the progress measurements system.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports.
- Carry out planning functions on projects
- To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents.
